St John Chrysostom's Easter sermon.

In case anyone is wondering, I'm trying to keep my LJ theme in line with liturgical colours. Easter is represented with white or gold, but I don't think any of the available themes come close to this without being overwhelmingly bright.

I'm not late. I can still say this for the next 49 days!

I was offline for all of Saturday and Sunday. I was up before dawn yesterday for the Easter vigil at St Paul's Cathedral. After a greasy and boozy breakfast[1], some of us drove to Red Hill to crash a Greek Orthodox Easter festival.

I haven't worked on my research project for over a week. I thought I would get some work done today but instead I've just been catching up on the online world.

[1] Admittedly a cup of champagne isn't boozy by Australian standards, but I'm not used to drinking before lunch.
